   1. Create Asia Management shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect and/or consequential losses of any kind whatsoever, loss of business, loss of goodwill, special or punitive damages , however caused or arising, whether or not foreseeable and
   2. Create Asia Management ( the Company) shall not be liable to you for any breach unless it can be proven in court that the Company acted fraudulently or was grossly negligent and was the primary cause of any loss or damage. Any compensation/damages to you will be limited to the sum of USD$100.

Create Asia Management – Terms & Conditions

To confirm the reservation a 20% deposit is required within 7 days of this invoice. The final 80% payment is due 60 days before check-in date otherwise the reservation is deemed cancelled and the deposit is forfeited.

Reservations made within 60 days of check-in date must be paid in full within 7 days of receipt of invoice and is non-refundable.

Terms and conditions and cancellation policies may differ for promotional packages.

The cancellation terms are summarised as follows:

Cancellations made more than 60 days from check-in date :
20% of the booking cost (deposit is forfeited)

Cancellations made 60 days or less from check-in date :
100% of the booking cost

In the event you complete a booking based on a rate that has been incorrectly posted, the Management reserves the right to correct the rate or cancel the reservation at its discretion, and will contact you directly in order to do so.

In the event that there is a difference in the other language versions of the Terms and Conditions, the English version will be deemed to be the correct version.

In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Management is final and binding.
